First email of the year and if you’ve been following me here for a while, you are already seeing a big change here.

Yes, I'm writing in English.

How come?

Because…

I'm choosing to be true, honest, and more in alignment.

This is something I have had on my mind for several years now, to be honest.

But always the fear and voices inside of my head were stopping me.

And today,

I’m choosing to live life from LOVE instead of FEAR.

I’m ok if some people is leaving and stop following me. But I was not ok with that before.

I was so afraid of losing opportunities to grow on my business… But exactly because of that, I’m taking that decision, because I feel it will be good for my business.

I have more than 17k followers on Instagram.

Nearly 3k here in Substack and many times, when I asked what about me sharing in English, normally people prefer to keep Spanish so I did.

But who’s running that space, who’s creating it, who’s feeling it from the inside?

What do you want to do Anna, what do you feel it’s real FOR YOU?

Here is when everything makes sense. When you ask yourself.

When you check inside and look for your truth and not the validation from the outside. 

Over the past years, English has been more and more my language and although I’m not native and I won’t be as good or fluent as in Spanish, I will do my best. Because this December I got the final click that pushed me to move myself in that way:

WHO IS MY DREAM CLIENT?

As a coach working supporting so many women with their businesses, we tend to work that aspect from their projects but to be honest, I was not working on this essential element of my own business, which is weird, I know, but, how many times does it happen? Like you’re doing so many (important) things for others, and not regarding your things. True, that’s a fact. 



But one December night I woke up at 3 am with this insight regarding my dream client. 

I wrote it down and I worked on it for 2 full weeks, downloading more and more details so I was able to see who she is clearly and how to address her and here it comes the English question: she’s very international. 


My dream client might be Spanish or not, but she speaks and understands English. She doesn’t need to be English or American but she’s international, she uses English regularly (for work, learning, with friends, because her partner is from another country, because she lives abroad, or a 100 or 1000 other casuistics; I’ve got a long document about her and I have loved doing that research over my holidays) so I’m starting to directly talk to her, not only through the language, through a compound of different ways/elements, of course, communication is more than the language.

MY LOVE AFFAIR WITH THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE

I guess it all started when I lived in London many years ago.

Also it has a lot to do with what my astral chart stands and some of the aspects that I have. I’ve got a strong connection with the abroad. my relationship with the “exterior” or what’s “international” (that’s on my astral chart and it’s something always appears in every solar revolution)

My daily language is a mixture of English and Spanish. My last romantic relationship brought me so much English, living in Lisbon, my friends, in general, are expats from all over the world, living in Mallorca is very international as well and also, and I’m studying and reading/ expanding myself with podcasts, always in English. In addition to that, so many times when it comes to writing something, it comes in English and I was translating it all into Spanish! It’s crazy, but that’s how it’s been… 

SPANISH WILL REMAIN

English will be more and more frequent, that’s a fact but I’m not closing the door for Spanish. 

I will keep some writings in Spanish, as they are coming to me through intuition; my membership Dentro Studio will remain in Spanish, as well as the coaching groups (Las Musas and the Business Mentoring) until I’ve got enough people to create an English group; but I will be holding some workshops in English as well, and my 1:1 will be of course on the language of preference of the person who’s coming :) 

A NEW ERA

So be very welcome to this new era, which is not only language-wise. You will see changes on my social media I’m separating my business account from my personal one (both public but different spaces), you can follow me here already:

HOW WE REACH THOSE PLACES OF COMPLETE CLARITY?

• Doing inner work is what brought me here.

• Being with myself constantly, I mean, on a conscious level, and knowing myself better every day (through the work) is what lets me listen to myself, the voice from the intuition, and respect and attend to what is being said.

• And when I don’t see clearly, then I ask for answers and I wait. I'm learning to be more patient, working on trust and other important things such as deservingness, self-worth, divine timings, and not my timings… 

• Being in nature has helped me a lot.

• Be surrounded by people that I consciously choose.

• Take daily aligned decisions.

• Show up authentically and use my voice as much as I can, also when it’s not comfortable.  

When you are so in tune with yourself, then you can channel and receive downloads and clarity… sometimes, all the time. At least, that’s been my case recently.

I’ve been about 2 weeks not sleeping at all because of all the ideas and downloads… So here, as a really good friend told me, we also need to close our channels so we can rest peacefully and open them again in the morning… But that’s a topic for another whole letter!
